Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling for the first item in an order is $5.95. Each additional
item is $2.00. Discounted video packages require only a $5.95 charge for the entire
package.
Q: Will I be charged tax?
Tax will automatically be calculated and collected for Texas residents only
(8.125%).
Q: What shipping method(s) are used?
All products are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Other shipping
methods can be arranged, but this will result in a much higher shipping charge.
To request a different shipping method, please place this request in the comments
section during checkout.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Because we rely on the efficiency and accuracy of the USPS, most packages will
not receive a tracking number.
Q: When will my package arrive?
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, items usually ship within 2-3 days.
Packages are usually delivered within 8 business days, if not sooner.
Q: Can I return items I ordered?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item
was damaged during shipping, in which case, we will replace the damaged item(s).

Yes. In order to pay by check, please complete your online order using the Pay
by Check payment method. You will be given an order number after your sale

business days to ship your order. If you do not want to place your order online,
you may print out a mail
order form and pay by check, money order, or credit card.
